Welcome to https://www.quiz-genie.ai. The website (the "Site") is operated by SandDollarApps LLC ("Quiz-Genie"). The Site aims to help Software Engineers build practical AI skills. Although this edition contains information about Claude technologies, the app, website, and company are not affiliated with Anthropic. The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Please read these terms carefully.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Quiz content is generated using Claude AI technology by Anthropic. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or outdated information. All quiz material is intended for educational and skill-building purposes only. We encourage you to verify important information independently and use the quizzes as a learning tool rather than definitive reference material.

Subscription and Payments

We offer a Free Tier to get you started with 3 complimentary quizzes. These are a one-time starter allowance - once used, they don't renew. To continue learning, you can upgrade to Pro which includes 100 quizzes per month. If you upgrade before using all your free quizzes, any remaining free quizzes are forfeited. Pro subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and you'll retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, and we do not store your payment card details.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to Quiz-Genie's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which informs users of our data collection practices. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Quiz questions are generated dynamically using AI and are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or business methods embodied in our service without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use terminates the permissions granted herein and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Quiz-Genie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to provide accurate and helpful content, but we cannot guarantee perfection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SandDollarApps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
